Spencer is a Crackpot Weatherman. Check out some of his past statements and reasons why he doesn't work for NASA anymore.
If he shares your views, he's a great man, if he doesn't, he's a crackpot.

How would the world be different if Gore had become president in 2000 instead of G.W.?
I don't know that anyone can say with certainty. In regards to foreign affairs, when was the last time we had a president that didn't attack any other countries?
