The opinion piece resurrects the 700 scientists myth and goes downhill from there. Among the 700 "scientists" are people with no expertise related to the field and creationists who don't even hold a college degree.

Oh, that's right; Only the real experts think man is heating the planet. Everyone else doesn't know what they're talking about.

A good share of those 700 people are not scientists in any sense of the word. For example, a dentist should not be included in that number. A creationist whose only contribution to the discussion is faith should not be included in that number. You see, the Bible is clear on how the world ends, and so global warming cannot be true. You are listening to crackpots.

Fred sure leans on belief a lot for someone who is not religious.

I believe in science. You appear to believe in an agenda.

I'd suggest it's the other way around.

Actually, let me take that back: I believe in common sense. You believe in an agenda.

Yes, Fred, I agree with your assessment of CPR - you believe in common sense and his agenda speaks so loud, I can't read the words he is typing most of the time.

Global warming is real. The proposed cap and trade solution to global warming is the obvious deception.

Gee, I have a good idea, stop federal subsidies and interest-free loans for major business that contributes to global warming (i.e. feed lots, feed lot feed farmers, feed lot feed fertilizer). Give breaks only to business whose practices result in carbon traps (i.e. grass fed ranches, organic farms). Democrats ain't gonna wanna do that. Which lobbyist is going to pay for their perks and whatnot if they vote for the most practical solution? Nah, they are gonna only go for the band aid never-gonna-work proposal precisely because it is never gonna work.

Shall I type more slowly?

No Carson, just more coherently and without the agenda.
