A Reasonable Look At Bullying

Adults are bullies too, especially the public employee/official type who come to dislike certain folks within any community for "personal" reasons aside from the "establishment reasons".

In fact, government officials love adult bullies; for without adult bullies, the legislative, judicial and executive branches of every level of government would be so much cleaner, but harder to manipulate the general citizenry with. End result - lack of public employee needs........
