I'm a Libertarian living in Humboldt County, CA. I've lived here in Eureka since 1973 and joined the Libertarian Party in 1992. The Willits News has a photo tour of the bypass area and construction. They even include pictures of the downed trees and stumps of where some of the tree sitters were living. Not sure if that's meant as a dig directed at the tree sitters, in sympathy with them, or just an item of interest.

2)Ummm, Media Center hacks the users ability to view all pictures. How? By forcing another f'ing poll/survey. These links get more and more "bait and switch" to "Bait and ADD".

Yes, a citizen of the state can be a trespasser. There are numerous examples of situations where average everyday people aren't allowed on state property for safety, security or other reasons. This is supported by a mountain of case law.
Oh, and Media Center isn't associated with this website. If you don't like Media Center, uninstall it from your computer. I got no polls or surveys when viewing the entire set of photos/

Anonymous - Media Center had to do with the Willits paper and the main link and it appeared after the sixth picture or so. There is no media center installed on outside computers when it is a forced survey to the pictures, fyi.
As far as trespassing, no kidding Sherlock Holmes that there is case law and other laws and mountains of it every place the eye beholds, but it is wishy washy to use "trespass" versus "off limits".
One is a denial of right (trespass) versus the other of being a limitation of use (temporary closure).
On Sundays, when construction is ceased or whenever labor law dictates "time -off", HOJ enters upon "The Peoples" state construction project sites to take pictures too; and, does so safely and without graffiti, thieving, dumping debris, etc... (see, it can be done, shocking) - HOJ
Sorry Henchman, but I receive no such prompt to install anything on my computer, and I viewed the entire set of photos.

different time and place. Maybe the ad was for a limited time only. Good that you could view all the photos. Any that ya like? Or, are you more concerend with somehow finding blame on HOJ for a survey ad that HOJ was inconvenienced with? - HOJ
