Politically Correct Campus Rape Procedure

Reason magazine tells the story of a guy expelled from college for the rape of a fellow student, except she performed oral sex on him when he was "blacked out". Evidence seems to support the guy's story.

I agree with the author. We'll be seeing a lot more of this sort of thing in the future, not less.

If sex wasn't such a taboo subject, this wouldn't be an issue. Think about it. If consentual sex happens and a girls parents, friends or teachers find out, she is often SHAMED. I mean what if the guy was ugly, poor or a negro and she is an upper class white girl? Oh the shame. In response, silly charges get filed.

When fake rape charges get filed it's either out of shame or resentment. We could easily get rid of most shame cases by becoming less prude and more sexually aware as a country.

How does someone "black out" accompanying another student back to her dorm? The missing ingredient appears to be alcohol - in both cases - and since the drinking age in Massachusetts is 21, unless the accused perp and victim were Seniors or professional students, well, college kids will be kids, right?

Both should have been tossed as far as I'm concerned.

How do you connect this incident with political correctness? Huh?

One part of the political correctness pie is women are always the victim.
